(Cloud Desktop users)

MAC Users & Windows Users on personal device, working from home or remotely on Cloud Desktop:

  1. You also need to download the Media Plugin for Windows (5.14.12.23930) or Media Plugin for MAC (5.14.11.23790 (Requires macOS 10.15+) for Video & Audio to work with your Cloud Desktop.
or
  1. Ensure your headset & camera are working on your MAC / Windows PC and your headset and camera are configured in Zoom on your Cloud desktop.
  2. Launch Zoom from Start menu -> Applications -> Zoom VDI.
  3. Click Join a Meeting to join as an attendee OR click Sign In if you already have a Zoom@Citi account.

Host and Join Video Calls
(Personal Computer (BYOD) users)

MAC Users & Windows Users working from home or remotely on a personal computer (where you can access Netflix):

  1. Install the current version of Zoom client. Please upgrade this regularly (i.e. monthly). For a complete walkthrough, please refer to this support article.
  1. Launch Zoom on your personal computer (BYOD)
  2. Click Join a Meeting to join as an attendee OR click Sign In if you already have a Zoom@Citi account.
